We have four beautiful properties to choose from – all are within minutes of some of the finest powder found in Southern California. We have all the amenities of home, without the prices of expensive hotels. We want you to feel like part of our family!

Hello October!

October is a special time of year- fall begins to show its colors, cooler temperatures begin to invade the mountains, and preparedness for fun winter activities begin!

October is also special because of the great food and beer that can be found in Big Bear for Oktoberfest! Come and celebrate your German heritage, or pretend to have some German heritage and feast on Sauerkraut, Bratwurst, and even enjoy Schnitzel and Strudel, all while enjoying great local craft beers or the genuine article from our friends in Eastern Europe.
